1. Returns:

1.1.Antivirus Key Non-Returnable Policy

All antivirus keys purchased from www.antiviruswala.com are considered non-returnable. This policy applies to all customers and transactions.

We understand the importance of security and the unique nature of antivirus keys. Once the key is delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned for security reasons. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase and ensure its compatibility with your devices before completing the transaction.

2. Refunds:

2.1. Eligibility:

  1. Payment Refund is eligible under the following circumstances:
    1- In case of non-delivery of the purchased key due to technical errors.
    2- If the license key is found to be non-functional or invalid, but within 7 days of purchase, due to a typing mistake.
    3 -If a previously functional key is blocked or rendered ineffective by changes made after our purchase.
    4 – For product keys with a value above Rs – 2500, a refund is applicable if the customer has mistakenly purchased the wrong key and is unwilling to use it. However, this process may take up to 30 days, as it involves reselling and confirmation from the new user before initiating the refund.
  2. 5 – Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued to customers. Instead, the equivalent amount will be directly transferred to the customer’s account from which the initial payment was made.

2.2. Exceptions for Refunds:

2.2.1. We do not offer returns or refunds for antivirus keys that have been activated or used.

2.3. Refund Process:

2.3.1. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of purchase to request a refund.

2.3.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process and may request additional information if necessary.

2.3.3. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
